Irina Efremova

Irina Efremova (Matveevskaya) is a Russian theater and film actress. In her student years, she starred under her maiden name. Irina was born on July 28, 1963 in Moscow. After leaving school, she entered the Shchukin School for a course with Albert Grigorievich Bugrov. Irina completed her mastering of theatrical art in 1984, graduating from an educational institution and starring in one of the main roles in the film "Special Unit". 

The young actress got into the cinema while still a student, but then she got married, changed her name, and found herself aloof from the profession. In the nineties she worked on a popular Russian TV channel as a TV presenter. Her partners were Lev Novozhenov and Igor Voevodin.

But viewers and colleagues remembered the traits of her character, not her face. Actress Evgenia Bordzilovskaya was a close friend of Irina, in an interview she mentioned that Efremova was very cheerful and cheerful, loved to be photographed and did not chase roles. After filming together, Ilya Noskov, a partner in the film Short Breath, described his colleague as a charming woman with soft strength and inner core.
