Intrigue And Lies! Do You Have Serious Enemies?

   At any job, such a calm, or a complex colleague or a complex boss, you will get rid of only when you retire.

   Author - one thing is for sure, if someone identifies you at work (especially if you are subordinate to him) the result is - surely either leaving or being fired !!! Unfortunately, at the moment I have such a case at work - but it is 1 person. This one does everything possible to embarrass me in front of the management with letters by e-mail to the company where we keep our daily correspondence. I break my d ... and from work 10 hours a day (even though I'm 8), I send data, and he is looking for some mistake from 2 years ago, that there was an exchange value, that he even sends it to the whole management! !! How to survive when 1 person poisons your life !!! And you are trying ... I gave my soul to this job, I underwent surgery for it! If it wasn't for my sick mother to take care of her, I would either leave or pull the bullet !!!

   Horror and horror again! I understand very well what it is about, but the truth is that where there is a team - there are always some intrigues or nonsense. There is always someone to pick on. And when it happens that someone identifies you, from my own experience and from my mother's experience, I speak - either you or the other person must leave in order to have some peace. Most of all, if you are a person who does his job, does not like gossip and simplicity, you are immediately out in any environment. I'm very angry that I don't understand anything about business and I can't open something so that I can work for myself and not deal with lunatics. I will certainly have money from the clients, but at least I take money from them. There is nothing worse than working for someone else.

   I worked in a gossip environment, intrigue, talk, gossip, work a lot and so I put on my headphones and work. When I work with someone and a third person comes to play intrigues, starting a conversation outside of work, I interrupt him and clearly show that we have a job and I don't listen. There was nothing to say about me, except that I am an outsider .... To work and not burden myself with what, who. I am already abroad. Silence, peace everyone works at the desk, I don't know who is married, what he ate, drank ... where he was. From time to time someone says something outside of work, some joke and then everyone does their job. In Bulgaria, one of my colleagues had daily conversations with her husband, children, mother and for hours. Horror. How many times not only I but others have dealt with her. Language for education and languages. But this is Bulgaria, the environment allows it.

The person I wrote about really caught my eye, I really don't know, I haven't met another person so deluded, it's dangerous, it's all about 19 guilty out of 20, to convict 1 innocent. And I think the "keep quiet and watch your work" approach doesn't work, we don't live in such a world, it means you let yourself be fooled. But not everyone deals with nonsense. I was very angry with the man for not showing the same motivation against the older ones who stepped on him, but against me, where I tried to show him subtly that he was not doing things right while it was time. That's why we're out. In my opinion, the same approach works differently for people, at a previous job I was fired because of "spinning intrigues", not because they were spinning for me, but because I saw it as a way to survive. Be very careful of a composition with 1-2 women and 8-10 men for example. Here you "die" if the woman doesn't approve of you, whoever you are. ;)

   Author, I do not want to disappoint you, but in almost every team there is such an intriguer. And if the team is bigger, there are even a few, often forming a group in order to ruin the lives of their other colleagues. So the less you deal with such people, the better! You work hard and do not get into arguments, because be sure that every word of yours will be used against you! Especially if the intriguer in question is close to a boss. Anyway, they're usually so talented that they can turn things around so much that the whole office hates you, and you have no idea why. So other times you know, you stay away from such people, you don't get involved in any gossip, intrigue and the like, and if you see that someone is trying to make you dirty, you pass him as if nothing has happened. I know, you come from within to defend yourself, but at most to make it worse. As for "retrograde Mercury," I laughed heartily. Do you seriously believe that? !! Your problem has nothing to do with any stars and planets, but with the fact that you came across a naughty colleague, which unfortunately is quite common, no matter how the planets were arranged on the day we started work. And another time to know, if you see that you have such a colleague, stay as far away from him as possible and if you have to communicate with him, you only speak officially.

   Nits are a brother. There is always some elementary peasant or nit from the countryside who does these tricks. But it is still up to the person, not to the place of birth or residence. Anyway. There is no salvation from such. Apart from waiting for him and tearing his head off, there is no other option. Things will not happen with kindness or conversations. You fall to its elementary level and lubricate it. There is no way to be polite and talkative. I had one such lubricant of my boss's (I don't take it at all with respect), which was lubricated in every possible way. However, the downpour could see that she was behaving badly with him as well. And he was dying of malice. But that's ... Unfortunate. And yet these are living people.

   H 7, in my case the nits that make my life miserable are from Sofia. People from the countryside are OK.
