Intars Busulis is a variety artist from Latvia, a participant in the Eurovision Song Contests 2009 and Voice-3.

Born on May 2, 1978 in Tallahassee, Latvia. The family had five children. Intars was followed by his older sister to a music school, where he learned the basics of playing trombone. The boy got involved in music classes. He participated in the performances of the children's music collective. Intars also studied folk dancing in the Talsu Spridisi ensemble. As a young man, he conducted programs on the radio channel Radio SWH.

After graduating from high school, Intars goes to the seaside town of Ventspils to study at a music college. With a friend Raymond Tigulis Intars creates a group Caffe. Busulis is chosen as the soloist of the musical group. This is how the musician's vocal career begins. The project has gained popularity among local youth in its four years of existence.

In the early 2000s, Intars worked with the NWS Orchestra, with the jazz band Wet Point. In search of his own way, the artist performs at music festivals of international importance: Kaunas Jazz (Lithuania), Nomme Jazz (Estonia), Midem (France) and Ottawa Jazz (Canada).

At the age of 26, Busulis won the Grand Prix at the Sony Jazz Stage Young Jazz Stage Competition and then won the top prize at the International Improvisers Competition in Pyrnu. In 2005, the singer participated in the project E.Y.J.O. bass player from Denmark Eric Musholm. The European Youth Jazz Orchestra is successfully touring the European continent and North America.

Intars becomes a popular vocalist, the musician is involved in major theatrical projects: Notre Dame de Paris, "Autoplanet", "Mess" by L. Bernstein. The artist collaborates with the production company Virus Art and participates in productions of "Cabaret", "Kino Cabaret", "Cabaret Allez", "Cabaret plin, plin...". In 2014, Busulis went to the "Voice-3" contest, which was held in Moscow and was broadcast on Channel One. In the next round, "Fights", singing the musical composition Play that funky music, Intars defeated rival Michael Blaze, and in the third stage "Knockouts" beautifully performed the hit "I draw you" and got to the next round. Having performed in the quarterfinals with the song "I love you more than nature", the Latvian artist becomes a semi-finalist of the show.

On December 19, Intars was entrusted with the opening of the semifinals with Billy Joel's single Honesty. The biography and work of Intars Busulis begin to be interested in Russian fans, who appeared after the singer's participation in the show. In 1996, Busulis met a girl named Inga at a disco in his hometown. The young men met for a while and then got married. Since then, there has been no change in the musician's personal life.

In 1999, the young moved to Riga. In 2001, the family had their first child - son Lenny, five years later - daughter Emilia. In 2012, Inga gave her wife another daughter - Amelia. In early 2016, in the New Year program of the "First Channel" Intars presented a new song "Let's start again."
