In 1998, Nikita Lvovich was invited to work in the Dominican Republic. During a natural cataclysm, Nikita went missing. At that time he was 38 years old. The actress did not come to her senses for a long time, she was able to speak openly about the fate of her son only after 10 years.

The spouses were united not only by love for each other, but also by sincere great feelings that both had for their chosen profession. They lived together for 50 years, until the artist's death in 2001.
