Inflammation Of The Legs

The Story

For a year now I have had an inflammation of the pillow, up to my toes. At the beginning, I took pills for about 10 days and I stopped because I didn't want to take anti-inflammatory drugs. I drink herbs, nettles, ginger, and I'm a little better. But I have to get to work running and I'm thinking of resorting to medication again. Give some advice on how to fix the situation!
