Increasing The Hormones Of Happiness

The Story

In this topic, I want to think about happiness and how it can be achieved. For me, happiness is a conscious decision, not luck or anything like that. But first let me say what I think about it. For me, happiness is divided into happy moments, happy states, which are short-term and accumulated right actions that lead to deep satisfaction in life - peace and harmony in the soul. In other words, happiness is divided into 4 hormones, let me explain what they are and how they can be increased. DOPAMINE - Dopamine is produced mostly when you achieve a goal. Satisfaction with the achieved results. Way: it is important to divide long-term goals into sub-goals to attack every day. For example, the goal may be to increase dopamine, and the daily sub-goals may be: 1. Exercise 2. Meditation for 5-10 minutes sensation of breathing. 3. Hobby and creative activity. For example, shooting cool things you see in everyday life. Drawing and what not. 4. Do things that strengthen your sense of purpose in life. 5. Meditation SEROTONIN - Serotonin is directly related to self-esteem. Also, serotonin is a reward system in the brain, it relaxes us when we have sex, for example, it makes us happy when we eat something tasty. It is what makes us enjoy various things in everyday life. The best way to increase levels is by taking the amino acid - Tyrosine. On tablets or with food. It is mostly found in Bananas. It's good to include Bananas, Eggs, Sausages and Bobs in your menu. OXYTOCIN - Oxytocin is the hormone of relationships, hugs and the experience of intimacy. And friendship. Way: 1. Hug people constantly 2. Be nice to people and make compliments 3. Communicate with people more often and do things with your friends, such as picnics in the woods, etc. 4. Give gifts and do good to people, anonymously, without them knowing about it. 5. Meditation ENDORPHINS - Endorphins are released in the brain after exercise, after running for example and sweating well. This is also the best way to accumulate a reserve of dopamine and all other hormones. However, these are just a few of the ways I have learned. And yet happiness is something much deeper.
