Hello. There is information about weight loss and so on everywhere but my problem is different. I need an advice. I'm a girl of 20. For as long as I can remember, I've always been weak with little appetite. 165cm 50kg. However, I notice that the kg does not change but my body loses weight. And I even think I got cellulite. Please advice for training at home and ideas for weights. I accept any ideas because I do not have the opportunity for gyms. Even motivational advice will help me because I know I need it, but I don't have enough or it's temporary.

Ideas on YouTube as much as you want visually. But the gym is preferable because there are many people familiar with it and at least they will show you how to perform the exercises. It is important to first prepare the heart for training by at least starting with running three times a week for 1 km with a gradual increase to 2 km for at least a month. This will prepare you both morally and physically to begin the change. But the process takes years and requires perseverance and discipline, otherwise it has little effect.
