Hello, I want to ask how do you understand that you have a problem with the immune system and what are you doing to strengthen it? My question is because I am a person who has not eaten so much on his own for several years and sometimes I even miss meals or replace them with something easy and fast or jam and snacks. More than once I have been told to eat more, gain weight, but I feel good. I rarely get sick if it happens once every few years and nothing serious - like the flu, but I recover immediately. I avoid drugs only as a last resort. On the other hand, I often have a headache, which I fix with 1 or 2 aspirins. I get full quickly and I don't have a big appetite, is this normal? Will I get in trouble like that in time? By the way, I'm 20 years old.

when someone around me sneezes and I get sick, I also have chronic sinusitis - that's how I understand that my immune system is not working properly and is transmitting me. Otherwise - movement and sun - these are the things that make the immune system. Eat fruits and vegetables to get vitamins. Do you miss meals because of work, or ... ??? It is good to eat normally. And as for the headache - maybe it's low blood pressure. And last but not least - drink water
