I'm Tired Of Being Fat!

The Story

Hello! I am a girl of 18, I weigh 65 kg and I am 172 cm tall. For as long as I can remember, I have always considered myself plump and I have tried to keep fit so that I don't go into the fat column, BUT lately I feel like hell! I need to lose weight, not because I think I'm fat, but simply because I need to, and even though I know I'm not, I feel that way and it's awful. I recently tried a diet that is based on the principle of separate eating and lasts 22 days and generally does not eat much. I followed it all and did not move a single kilogram, the conclusion was that a separate diet is not for me (I tried the 90-day diet for about 3 weeks - again nothing!). Then a friend and I decided to eat healthy, but not on a diet just to limit ourselves. She lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks and I did nothing again. It's as if my body is dirty. But I admit, even though I ate a lot healthy. Because I'm a perfectionist and I love order, it's easier for me to follow a certain diet than to do the so-called restriction, it's just not for me. I like strict diets a lot more, even if I have to starve. I would be happy if someone shared a tried and tested diet that is not based on the principle of separate eating and does not require me to eat at specific times, a simple diet, but effective. I'm in no hurry to lose weight, it's not so urgent, but it would be good to have a result in a few weeks, even if it is small (-2, 3 kg). PS: I know that there are already many stories about girls desperate to lose weight but I just don't have the time to read their stories and decide which diet suits me, I hope my story will be published and I will find my diet!
