Hello, I am 14, 1. 64-56 kilograms. I don't know what to do anymore! I AM FAT! I was on a diet for 1 week and lost only 2 kilograms ... I am already losing all hope that I will lose weight ... and I think that 56 kilograms is a lot for me. Say some diet for fast weight loss or say some exercises .. I used to get up and run in the park (in that 1 week), but I no longer go because there are a lot of boys and I get complex from my body .. Now I plan to put on a very strict diet and by September 15 to have lost at least 5 pounds? Is it possible to do with a lot of exercise and deprivation? Thanks in advance!! :))

LISTEN! DO NOT lose weight anymore! You are perfect ~! If you continue to lose weight you will become very weak! You will become obsessed and become anorexic! No diets! Only healthy eating and sports! DO NOT starve! A 10-year-old girl! And I weigh 60 kg!
