I'm Looking For Two Movies

I would be very happy if someone knows these movies that I watched as a child and I want to watch again. The first is about something like a strange city, where there are secret and mysterious murders. I remember there was a bloody scene where a woman was lying in a bathtub with her hair cut and another woman was tied with a rope above it. The woman in the bathtub starts slaughtering the victim, who is tied up and bathing in her blood. The second one tells the story of a confused man who I think was running away from a woman. There was a scene where they were shooting and it so happened that the woman ended up with an amputated arm and anyway, they were making love in one of the scenes.
