I'm Looking For A Child

Hello, as a child I had a favorite cartoon. I think they gave it a super 7, but I'm not sure. I really want to watch it again because I'm nostalgic, but I don't remember the name. As far as I remember the main character was a lion and he had a friend who I don't remember what kind of animal he was, but his name seemed to be Oscar. There was also a villain in the nursery. She was a snake and there was something like a ship in the sky that was on some city in May. And unfortunately that's all I remember and I can't find it anywhere all day.
