I'm Asking For Your Help! It's Very Important And Urgent.

The Story

I'll be brief - my dad's been an alcoholic for at least 15 years, I don't remember anymore. He drank and drove a car for years. He worked as a taxi driver, but at work, he didn't drink. I never understood. Last year, in early September, he went somewhere and couldn't get home. He was very drunk and called colleagues on the radio for help. Unfortunately for him, they sensed how drunk he was and sent him the police. The 3.72 brainwashed, I read the act myself. He passed the case and his license was taken for a total of one year and nine months. He can't work because he's got leg problems, and he's 60 years old... The other bad thing is they don't take him anywhere for anything because he's a defendant. He had absolutely no income, no car anymore, tried to sell the taxi shortly after the incident, but they deceived him and gave him no money. We support me and my mother, but we all live separately and we are not at all rich, or to put it in short: we simply can't support ourselves, and my father and I are making the situation quite frustrating. He also has loans that haven't been paid in a long time. He called me today and asked me to buy him a box of milk and a packet of cat food to eat. (Another time I sent him cat food for the cat so he wouldn't give it his own, but it's unclear who ate it... I wonder which institution to turn to for help for my father. I feel very sorry, though I shouldn't. When I was a kid, I was very harassed but really much. Sometimes I think he gets retribution for what he's done, but I'm not happy at all. I feel sorry for him because he has no one, nothing, and he doesn't appear to be there any time soon. She lives in an unplastered house that started cracking. There's no wood for heating. It's really nothing. Please advise me who to turn to for help in order to get him a job. (We are from London, if that matters.) My mother and I can't take it anymore.
