Idea For A Weak Body

The Story

Honestly, I despaired a hell of a lot ... the girls around me have super tight asses and thighs - considering they eat pizza for breakfast or a sandwich, chocolates and the like, and I eat oatmeal with yogurt , a slice of black bread with boiled eggs, however, I'm getting fat ... and I just don't know - am I that rotten or what I followed diets, but not super drastic, but lighter. However, I just get bored when I see that after a week of this regime nothing visible, combining with sports even .. Just zero effect !!! I love to eat muesli with fresh milk and chocolate. These are my two favorite things .. but the work does not work like that ... and so I decided the following: sports 2-3 times a week on weekends and for food I decided to eat one thing every day .. for example on Sunday morning noon and evening- fucked, and for the afternoon - an apple ... Monday for breakfast lunch and dinner - 2-3 carrots, and in the afternoon 20 g of raw almonds .... the next day muesli, one day. -only on salads, the other for example just something yogurt, and in the afternoon -2 rows of milk or natural chocolate. What do you think? Will there be any effect at all ???
