This is a safer way to lose weight and keep your weight, not diets where you are not minus 3-5 pounds in the first week, but if you stop it, you return to the starting position. However, you do not say anything about your weight, maybe you are just at the ideal weight for your height and your body refuses to lose weight.

I agree with 1! Avoid almonds as well. As useful as they are, they are quite high in calories. I recommend that you eat less often. For example, I often eat so-called "unhealthy foods" such as pizza, snacks, etc., and maintain a weight that is even below my height.
