I Want To Open A Fast Food Restaurant In Germany!

The Story

Hello to all visitors to the site! For some time I have had a wonderful idea - to open a fast food restaurant in Germany (something like doner laden here). I asked a few questions here and there, but in general I was advised to visit the relevant institutions and ask to get sure I live here recently, I speak the language more than well, and I always thought that I should take a risk if I want to prosper. When I came here, I took a risk again - and everything I had ... and I'm not sorry! that my idea is pretty good, and I could make a lot of money, and I just want to learn more before I get serious about running around institutions. What documents do I need (apart from company, tax number, permits), how much money will I need for the start-up, what should I consider when choosing the kitchen appliances and the interior of the restaurant, which document is the most difficult to obtain, what are the requirements to start my own business, and in general everything you can think of will be useful to me!
