I bought a barbell with rubber weights designed for training at home. I don't do any complicated exercises, I don't follow a program, I try to train almost all muscle groups. Squats, lift barbells, sit-ups and love to spin a hoop. It all takes me about an hour or so. I work in a gym and spa, but I have nothing to do with the gym, and a few weeks ago one of the bodybuilders wrapped his belly in plastic wrap. I had just forgotten about this little fat melting trick. I started too, around the abdomen I need and it has an effect. Without sports it will be difficult, and with hunger you can only hurt yourself. In this way, in the winter I gain a few kilos and in one to two months in the summer I lose them.
