Hello, please someone help me because I have a serious problem. I have been training sports for about 5 months now. I train fencing quite seriously. Our trainings are 4 times a week. I go with great desire and I like it. The problem, however, is that my body has changed a lot. Since I train I have gained 4 kg. I am 13 and already weigh 52 kg. I already have quite serious muscles in my legs and arms. Yes, it's true they tightened, but my legs changed quite drastically. They are very fat and I don't like them anymore. I've always been thin and I haven't had any weight problems, but now I have. I just don't like my body like that, but I don't want to stop training. So my question is - is there any way my legs are not so big? Please, help me!

At the age of 13 your body grows - you become a woman and your forms become female - you will have female thighs, buttocks, etc. This is not a result of sports, but a normal process! Otherwise, muscles weigh more than fat. You have formed some muscles necessary for sports, but they will not grow anymore. Women find it difficult to build muscle. Yes, your weight will grow because you will grow too. Depending on your height, in the coming years you will gain about 10 kg. Put up with it. The alternative would be to stay a child. Sports will help you stay tight unlike others ...
