Has anyone had similar problems? I stopped eating meat for 4 months. I eat milk, eggs and fish. I've always been punctual. For three months now, however, my period has been coming, whenever and if I wish. At first I thought it was from some hormonal drugs, but on the one hand, they generally regulate if there is an irregular cycle, and on the other - I finished with them in January. It doesn't come to me now, unless I "challenge" it - with cinnamon, mint tea, aspirin, whatever I can think of. I attribute this problem to the lack of meat. I'm really not very familiar, but that's the only thing that could be the reason. Otherwise I play sports, my weight is normal: 171 cm / 61 kg, I feel good. And if you can tell me possibly, if this type of diet is the problem, what to replace meat with, except for oily fish and sprouts. I don't want to eat meat again. I was disgusted by him after I found some unusual things in Kupeshki salami.

Stop doing nonsense, and stop eating human as a human being - meat. Our bodies do not differ much from those of prehistoric people, in whom meat was a staple food. Why do you think you will be able to be healthy without meat?
