Hello, I want to say that there is hope for smokers with many years of practice. I smoked for 15 years, and I haven't smoked for a year and a half. I am very happy and proud of myself that I succeeded. I told them twice for months years ago and then I lit them up out of stupidity and it all started again. No one believed me anymore that I could. 46, I also started to have difficulty breathing, but this happened after one of my illnesses a week ago: I started with a lot of colds, and then went down! I was coughing, coughing, and at one point I just started to run out of air that I managed to take in (I smoked all the time ... until today)! Not to mention after a cigarette ... I don't know anymore. Either I'm mega dumb :) or 1% of 99% of my brain is not enough to understand that they are really harmful, nasty, smelly, poisonous and unnecessary sticks that do not help us at all, except to rob us of money + cancer and black teeth!
