I Lost 20 Kg.

The Story

Hello, 5 months ago I was like you. I read different weight loss stories, looked for diets and finally got my hands on it. I started in March when I was 85kg. I am now 65-66. I did different diets during the first two months, but in the following I saw that it didn't make much sense and I just started to limit myself and do exercises, 3 times a week (I don't have time for fitness, otherwise it is the better option). And so I slowly lost 20 kg. I am already in the norms for my age (17) and my height (166), but I myself would like to continue and lose another 10-15 kg, but I am no longer in a hurry. From here until the end of the year I will try to keep the weight off, and from January I will do the three-month diet and it will end. The problem now is that for these 2 months in the beginning you do a lot of diets and I no longer lose weight as planned. Summer is the easiest way to lose weight! Proof of this is that I did the same diet in March and now in early August, and I lost twice as much now than I did in the winter. So if you want fast and painless weight loss do it in the summer. Personally, I only eat salad now, not because I'm on a diet, but because that's all I want to eat. I wish everyone success in the fight against weight gain. I almost won.
