Hello, 5 months ago I was like you. I read different weight loss stories, looked for diets and finally got my hands on it. I started in March when I was 85kg. I am now 65-66. I did different diets during the first two months, but in the following I saw that it didn't make much sense and I just started to limit myself and do exercises, 3 times a week (I don't have time for fitness, otherwise it is the better option). And so I slowly lost 20 kg. I am already in the norms for my age (17) and my height (166), but I myself would like to continue and lose another 10-15 kg, but I am no longer in a hurry. From here until the end of the year I will try to keep the weight off, and from January I will do the three-month diet and it will end. The problem now is that for these 2 months in the beginning you do a lot of diets and I no longer lose weight as planned. Summer is the easiest way to lose weight! Proof of this is that I did the same diet in March and now in early August, and I lost twice as much now than I did in the winter. So if you want fast and painless weight loss do it in the summer. Personally, I only eat salad now, not because I'm on a diet, but because that's all I want to eat. I wish everyone success in the fight against weight gain. I almost won. I have a little left, I hope it's the same with you! :)

Congratulations. I don't want to be a bad vice, but try not to write here next year that you have gained 30 kg. The problem is that you need to change your lifestyle and diet in the long run. Fast diets with rapid weight loss can give quick results, but above all they lead to loss of water and muscle mass. Eating salad and only fruit is one-sided and harmful. Salad does not have any vitamins and minerals needed by the body, does not contain muscle protein, but only fat from the oil at best. Not to mention the nitrates and other harmful chemicals you will find in imported salads from Turkey and Spain. If the author continues like this, she may lose more, but at the latest, when she stops dieting and returns to her previous way of life, she will be hit by the famous yo-yo effect - she will get the water up first, which is lost through heat and improper nutrition, will then accumulate pure fat where the muscles were. Author, sign up for a gym and start eating chicken, eggs, bread, potatoes. Keep those pounds for at least a year before you rejoice. Good luck
