Day 1 I went to the gym at noon and trained. Then I saw the scales and decided to withdraw. I was with an accuracy of 83. 8 kg. I was worried because I hadn't gained that much weight and decided to change something. When I got home I started eating only watermelon and yogurt. and so on until evening. I ate several times, I think there were 5 6, of which 5, 6 I ate yogurt 5 spoons (soups), and 3 I ate 1/4 (a quarter) of a whole watermelon. The next day (day 2) I had breakfast with watermelon again 1/4 and by noon I ate 3 slices of bread with salad (the usual one with tomatoes and cucumbers and onions) there were also wings (boiled) of which I ate only pure meat, without oily skin. I went to the gym and when I pulled out I was 82. 2. When my uncle saw me he couldn't believe it .. as I did, because we were with him. At first I said something wrong with the scales, but the scales were brand new (so the guy from the gym told us). Is this normal and what would you advise me to keep losing weight. I want to lose about 10 rings :) to become at least 70; e because I'm ashamed of those 80: D ..
