I Have A Question About Abdominal Presses

Hello, everyone!! :) I'm a 16 year old girl. I want to ask a question about doing abdominal presses in everyday life .. So my question is if from May 23 to July 4 I do 147 abdominal presses every day, will there be any result after doing them ??? I have already started to do them, I am already on the 3rd day of the program .. I ask you, just to know if there will be any effect after that ... I will also play sports with dumbbells during the day, I will limit myself from the harmful ones. food, I will move actively every day, I will swim, I will walk, I will also do some exercises (such as twine, standing arms, etc.) .. Thank you for your time, I just wanted this to you I ask because I want to get in shape, not that I'm fat, but just to tighten up for the summer (belly, legs, ass, arms) I just hope I don't form tiles, because I don't want, I just want a tight belly ...
