I am aware of the fact that I am currently a teenager and my body needs more food. I should not follow diets (although I made this mistake). I play sports. However, I do not eat healthily. My friends always go to unhealthy places to eat, but they are so skinny, and I gain weight. Well, I can't deny that I eat a lot. Here is, for example, my menu today: Breakfast - Belvita cookies with one root Lunch-burek with kefir Afternoon breakfast - a bowl of sweet muesli (chocolate and hazelnuts) dinner - I plan to be on the birthday of one of my friends and said that has bought a large jar of nutella, separately how many sweet things will be eaten. The problem is that I can't resist them. At home, when I make our people shop and cook healthily, they do it. But when I'm with my friends - I eat super unhealthy and I don't like it. How do I switch to a healthy diet? What can I tell them? I can't force them to eat healthy - it's their will. You decide, but if you continue like this you will end up in the clinic with type 2 diabetes. You eat unhealthily because of your greed. You are not a baby and you have been setting your own menu for at least 13 years.
