I will probably sound like a psycho, but I don't like the day. I hate the sun, I hate the hot summer when it gets dark at 9 or so. I don't feel good in daylight, as if I'm on display with all my flaws. Unfortunately, our regime requires us to be active during the day ... I always open the blinds and curtains at home. I usually wait until it gets dark, even just to go to the store or go out with friends. And when I have to be outside during the day, I often hide in sunglasses and try to stand in the shade or enter a closed room. Then my self-esteem is quite low and I am irritable and non-communicative. I also love underground restaurants because there are no windows to shine right in my face. At dusk or when it is gloomy, cloudy and rainy, it seems that my energy suddenly comes and my mood improves significantly. I love the months when it gets dark at 4-5 in the afternoon! In the summer, when I am free from commitments, I use the night and go to bed at sunrise. But this mode is abnormal, and I don't see options to love daylight. Can I solve this problem ... somehow?

To some extent, I'm with your problem, but I don't hate the day. I'm also much more active when it's raining. The only way to love the day is to change your attitude towards it. Are you afraid of the day? It is best to seek help from a psychologist. * D *
