I'm also stuck, which in turn gets very in the way of my life and especially in my relationships with others, but I don't know why it works like this, maybe some people are just genetically at stake to be more shy, shy or, to put it mildly, a man has to be himself to achieve his goals and a little "fake" at times. I've personally been seeing a psychiatrist and stuffing myself with all sorts of pills hoping to get more open and loose, the pills help, but know that if you don't help yourself and the whole in-mind can't help you.
There's a lot more problems than kissing and sex, but if yours are just these- act, I guess they're accompanied by a lot more, and there's some reason for that.

From what I've read, you're pretty desperate and lonely. You can't set yourself a goal of finding a boyfriend. Set higher goals. You don't have a boyfriend because most girls are waiting for boys to act, and they just say yes or no when they have to. Relax a little, don't let others get to the beach in any way. I believe you're a cool guy, and a lot of girls are waiting for you to pay attention to them. I'm sure you like some of them. Be braver and take the step, you need it a little!!
