Hello. For information, I've been through the teen years. From a very young age I do not like fruits and vegetables. But in my childhood, my hatred of them was even stronger. I didn't even want to touch some of them. Over the years, things changed slightly and I started eating some fruit and less vegetables, albeit by force. Let me write briefly about the fruits first. I prefer bananas, melons, grapes, peach figs and maybe pears somewhere, because these fruits are supposedly sweeter. However, they are not year-round and when they are not there, I almost do not eat fruit, except for bananas. I often read on the Internet things like "if you feel like eating jam, replace chocolate or cake with fruit such as apple, pear, etc.". BUT! It's one thing to eat sweet chocolate or pudding, it's another to eat fruit. It's just that the "sweetness" of the fruit is not as strong as that of the packaged cake, which will really give pleasure to my taste buds, while the fruit will make me more sour. Nasty, I hate the sour taste! By the way, I've always had a nasty hatred for apples. I'm very upset when I read how to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables every day, and sugar and confectionery just a few pills. The other reason I hate almost all fruits is that if I eat for dessert, for example, after 2-3 hours I will be hungry again, it will scrape and de facto make my stomach rot. If I eat fruit, it will be before the real meal, not after.
Chocolate or dry dessert paste will keep me full for 7-8 hours. In general, for years I try not to overdo it with sugar. I tell myself that if I don't like fruit, I won't overdo it with white sugar and even try to reduce salt, but it's not easy to limit everything tasty, at the expense of the other, but it is less evil than eating fruit by force. I eat in moderation and knock on wood I have no problems with weight, they even say that I have lost a lot of weight over the years. For now, I don't have any consequences from my vitamin-poor diet. I generally have no complaints from a health point of view, at least for now. But everywhere they are afraid of the bad consequences of the unbalanced and how it shortened life. BUT I have heard many people who regularly exercise and eat healthily die of cancer or vascular disease. So, there is no "health" insurance. It just doesn't make much sense to eat something badly healthy that doesn't guarantee me 100% health. And I must admit I do not chase longevity. I just want to be good for the moment and enjoy the little that makes me feel good. I will not comment much on raw vegetables. For them, the situation is even more tragic.
Only cooked I like them. Raw I just get depressed to eat. And some even the smell makes me sick like garlic, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, etc. I hardly eat vegetables at all. If I eat it will be tomatoes, onions from time to time, cucumbers, turnips and maybe some more, but rarely. But overall, it's not like I don't have anything healthy on my menu. Something useful is coming in. Although there are few healthy foods that are delicious for my tongue. I'm not into sports with you either. I like to walk a lot and climb hills and steps, but I think that's it. Many people don't do that either. This is generally what I wanted to share. I guess there are others like me. I will be happy to hear other opinions, advice and whether some have experienced any effects of eating, such as mine or vice versa, they feel good. After all, everyone has the right to eat whatever tastes good to them.

I will not convince you how you should love healthy foods. My advice is to run a blood test for vitamin deficiency and get the ones you need in pill form.
