Always have a bottle of mineral water on hand, drink a lot. In the evening, eat vegetables, vegetable dishes, meat, fish, eggs, cheese, but without bread. It is best for your mother to be familiar with this regime in order to comply with cooking (and it will be useful for her, you can both do it). If you don't play sports, it's time to start. In the absence of time, just walk as much as possible on foot. What I offer you is not a diet, but a healthy diet. It is useful for everyone - both overweight people and girls who are completely normal, as you are. That is, it will not harm you at all.
