I'm 17, boy. I've never had sleep problems before, except that I don't fall asleep like all students. Lately, though, I can't sleep before 4:30, and if by any chance I succeed, I wake up in no more than an hour and can't blink all night. I tried to go to bed early, but I just can't sleep - I close my eyes and try not to think about anything, but it doesn't work. I spin all night, I get up 4-5 times. I manage, as I have already said, to fall asleep in the morning and after 2 and a half hours I have to get up again to go to school, and then to training. No matter how hard I work during the day, I still can't sleep and I don't know what to do. I thought about taking some pills, but they tell me it wasn't good for my health (not that insomnia is good) and it's addictive. What do you think? Do I have to take something or is there another way?

Dude, I'm 28 and I've been like this for 14 years. I lead a normal and full life, but with a certain lack of sleep. Try to adjust them. AND NO PILLS!
