Hi, I'm a 15-year-old girl. I have been having trouble sleeping for a few weeks now. And I don't know where the problem is. I'm neither stressed nor worried about anything, I work out normally (I train every day), but again I either fall asleep and wake up at some point or I can't sleep at all. I even started doing abdominal presses before going to bed to get extra tired, I read books before going to bed, I drank milk with honey, but again to no avail. I think while trying to fall asleep I think about a lot of things and my brain loads or something. I don't want to use drugs, but I don't know what to do anymore ...
