I'm 13. I lost weight some time ago, but lately I've been cramming like a pig and I'm afraid of putting them back! Today for breakfast I ate a slice (smaller than the standard one) of wholemeal bread with lyutenitsa, a piece of ham and a little cheese. Then I ate an oven with apricot and cream (those that are chl), and for lunch I ate a stuffed pepper (I only eat stuffing) ... I know it's a lot. And I don't know how to stop. Give ideas on how to reduce food. I don't want to get fat again ...

In cold weather it is normal for the body to want more food, ie. energy. If you do not want to be fat - exercise. Even brisk walking is helpful. Fast to shortness of breath. Constant weight control is also important.
