M at the age of 25. For as long as I can remember, I have a very sensitive head of the penis. Sometimes this creates discomfort while having sex. Sensitivity is strongest around the tip of the head. Friction sometimes even hurts. When I go down (around the ring of the sponge), the pain decreases and when I rub I feel only pleasure. The problem is above, around the top ...
