I guess you have Windows. Open the command prompt, open with the Start Button X. Click the Start button (the one with the Windows logo) X (this is the Latin X, not the Bulgarian x). A drop-down menu will pop up - Select Command Pormt (Admin) or, if you are in Bulgarian, it will be something like Command Order (Administrator). You will see a large black window where you can write. Now, type the following and press Enter: wmic diskdrive get Name, Manufacturer, Model, InterfaceType, MediaType, SerialNumber You will get a good amount of information. If it doesn't match the old one, then they lied. If everything is correct - it's probably time to switch to SSD. If you do NOT remember - well, open and see the hard drive - there will be a date of manufacture - if it is newer than the yes in which you bought the laptop or is two before the date of manufacture of the laptop itself, most likely they threw you.
