Hi, I'm starting this story with one environment - I'm not talking about normal self-harm, like cutting veins and the like, but about something different, but over time it has become to have the same effect. About 7-8 months ago, if not more, I started removing blackheads on my shoulders and décolleté, and the more I removed, the more I saw. It turned out that over time there were wounds that still do not heal. So it was with my face. It all started with removing a black dot and pimple, and now my whole cheek is in wounds, not yet healed, swollen, generally ugly work. I tried everything, to distract myself, not to look closely in the mirror, no matter how funny it sounds. My relatives constantly reprimand me for not doing so, but I can't stop. I am asking for advice. Has it happened to you? Thanks for your time.
