Hello, everyone. I am 17 years old and weigh about 65 pounds. This is good for my age, but I have a tummy that I want to remove. The problem is that I am in a camp in a month and a half and I want to remove it in that time. I do NOT want tiles, I just want to remove it in a short time !!! Do I have the opportunity to remove it without going to the gym, because I do dancing and I do not have time to go to the gym. I don't eat much meat, only vegetables and fruits, but I eat half a loaf of bread a day. Please, if you know how I can remove the belly in a month and a half write.

Hello. I am 17 and in about a week I managed to get a few inches off my stomach. This week I stopped eating bread, jam and drinking all kinds of soda. I only ate it with vegetables, fruits and in the evening whatever my mother cooked. And let me tell you informatively that I lost a kilo and a half this week. And now I weigh 59 kg. :)) And to add to all this I added exercises. I didn't do anything specific, but I did sit-ups and jumped on a rope - they burn a lot of calories. Success!
