Hello! I will be very grateful to you moderators for publishing my story! In a month I will have an oral exam, I have to present a project to a jury of 4, to appear before them and to speak. Three are teachers from the school where I study, and the fourth is a company manager. I have done my project, but I am anxious and shy by nature and I am afraid that when I go out in front I will get hot, my voice will start to tremble and I will do nothing. I also have a problem with redness - I get up like a tomato and stare ugly, my hands are shaking and sweating and that's exactly what I can't hide. I thought about sedatives, but I'm very afraid of getting used to them, I've never drank before, because I didn't have such a reason to use psychotropic drugs ... I even thought about drinking a little alcohol, but I think that this will completely cloud my consciousness and I will do nothing, get drunk and it can have the same effect. I don't drink or smoke in general, I play sports regularly, but I'm really worried about this exam ... I constantly think that I will expose myself and the redness worries me the most, I just can't control it, but do I feel that I I blush, my voice starts to tremble, my hands sweat and I think "Here I am, I exposed myself" ... Please, if anyone has any idea how I can overcome my anxiety, I will be infinitely grateful to him!

There are generally homeopathic remedies for stage fever. They are prescribed by a homeopath. Otherwise, the actors use different breathing techniques for relaxation. There is a lot written in English. Check breathing exercises, relaxation, public speaking. Good luck!!!
