Hello people! I'm a man. At 22. Student, I live independently, work, study, travel. Everything seems to be fine, but it's not, because I don't spend time on perhaps the most important thing for a young person - sports! Sport is health and I realize it. Besides, I don't have a girlfriend, I notice that ladies like athletic men more. It's hard for me and I don't get along with women, I admit. Also, lately I've noticed that I've started to do a little belly, which I don't like at all. So, a few months ago / at the end of spring / I decided to start playing sports regularly. Alas, things did not turn out the way I wanted. I went for a run, I went for levers, but I have a problem with motivation and concentration. I go to sports for 2 days in a row, the next walk is in a week. There is no way to get it simple. Then I had some commitments and I stopped the sport again for a month. I have no habit of playing sports. My other habits were built on me as a child, when I wasn't even so aware of how it happened. I have no problems working and being motivated and responsible in my work, because I helped my father as a child, and I started working from school. To study too. In general, these habits / to work and study / were created for me when I was very young and I am always motivated when I do my job or university. But this is not the case with sports. I've never played sports regularly and now I just don't know how to motivate myself. Please, people, if there are those who have gone on a similar path to mine, to share how they managed to motivate themselves to play sports? And most of all, how did they manage to maintain consistency in sports? And also where to start - should I run again or go to the gym? I'm sure that if I exercise for 4-5 months regularly, I will get used to it and I will have no problems in the future. But this beginning is a big obstacle for me. The beginning and perseverance !!! Thanks in advance, I will be happy if anyone answers! :)

And I was like that 2-3 years ago - I only trained in the summer when I was on summer vacation, then a teacher and I gave up. But this summer I decided I wanted a change. I bought the necessary products and 2 pairs of dumbbells of 15 kg each. I trained with us. And now 2 months and something have passed, I go to a teacher and I continue again. I bring food, I can't wait to go home and do my workout. which is hellishly heavy (I'm even training right now as I write this comment). As a result, I lost 12 kg in 2 months and continue to lose. I did good results, I would say that in a year I will be close to the models. I am very proud that I managed to fight and continue. Although they sabotage me from everywhere - our people don't buy me the right food, they don't give me money to eat, they find me tasks, but I still succeed. I have almost fainted, but I do not give up. I often train until 11 pm because I fail with a teacher's tasks, etc. Do not give up! Look in the garden. See fitness channels in Bulgaria.
