So when you list your menu .. it is quite high in calories .. Why not try 8-9h in the morning muesli (choose muesli with at least 40% fruit). 12, 13h salad with chicken puree or beef say and if you want 1-2 slices of twisted, dinner salad fish (or again pure meat) cheese. Get more fruit between meals, drink plenty of water. And btv do not combine fish and meat in one meal! And play sports!
