Hello. I am a 15 year old girl. I weigh 67 kg, I am 1, 70 tall. As a child, everyone came up with all sorts of nicknames for me, because I was much fuller than the others and this still remains a trauma for me. Now almost everyone tells me I'm fine, but I don't like myself and I look super fat. For about 3 years I have been constantly starting diets, but nothing happens. Either I give up because I don't see an immediate result or I get bored. I recently started a gym and I plan to continue. I don't know what to do to lose weight permanently. Please recommend me a diet and is fitness enough? !!
