I've always wondered about insanely dumb girls' diets. Honey, two cups of yogurt is about 400Kcal. The standard amount of calories you need per day is about 2000. With such a severe calorie deficit, you'll only screw up your health, and once you're done dieting will return, they will even be in more.My advice-Stop the jam, reduce bread (If you can eat whole grains), limit potatoes and fatty foods, do not drink natural juices, sodas and other calorie bombs, run for 30 minutes daily ...
