Grit your teeth and pretend that everything is normal. I was like that when my boyfriend and I broke up. We were together for a year and a half and one day we broke up. Then every contact with a girl drove me crazy. I got into all sorts of movies that he was already looking for another one, but I kept quiet and behaved as usual.
