A few years ago, while on vacation outside the city, I went to nature in great need. And just as I was finishing as I was squatting I felt a terrible pain in my back followed by strong pressure that cracked or broke one or two ribs (of course not from the X-ray because I did it the next day and to find out if it had to be broken wait longer). What happened. A donkey bit me in the back, bit off a piece of my T-shirt equal to the skin, then rested his hoof on the left half of my back (the wound came with all its weight). The pain was terrible and it hurt terribly for months after the accident. I slept on one side and when I turned I woke up in pain. And I swallowed a lot of your painkillers. Even just touching lightly there, I kicked in pain at first. My chest was protruding in the left half at least 5 cm forward from the right half and curved. Over time, its form has somewhat normalized, but it is still clear that it has been released. I don't know if the cartilage is stretched or it has been broken and healed crookedly. The problem is that this first one is a little ugly, and secondly I still feel discomfort there. I often feel the need to push my ribs in the opposite direction. I just don't feel comfortable in my skin. And when the weather gets worse, it hurts. And this affects my entire nervous system - I became more nervous and irritable. Is there any way to get back to my old form and not be uncomfortable there anymore. Or is a person like a car - once the skeleton is deformed, whatever repairs you make, it always pulls to the sides when you release the steering wheel?
