Hello. My problem is that I wear glasses. It's not the frame or whether I look good that worries me, but the diopters themselves. I have been wearing them for several years, and my diopters are constantly increasing. This worries me. I read books, did exercises and nothing. I'm sorry I forgot to mention that I'm short-sighted and 14 years old. If some have been removed I would be very grateful if you could tell me how. The desire to get rid of them is huge, but I don't know how. Please tell me how to get rid of them. And will my diopters stay that way, will they decrease? Thanks to everyone who read it and I apologize for the spelling mistakes.

Unfortunately, diopter removal does not occur naturally. I also have severe short-sighted astigmatism, with most diopters put on during puberty. After 18 - 20 myopia stabilizes, to 45 - 50 when the "senile" farsightedness appears. There is no escape. Wear lenses if you tolerate and see better. There are also lazar surgeries, but they are not suitable for everyone and are not done before the age of 18-20, and they are expensive. trii1 / 2
