Hi, I'm a 14 year old girl. My problem is that I am very weak. I am 1. 67 tall and weigh 46 kg. I've always been weak. I eat normally, I don't eat much or little. I would like to gain 4-5 kilos, but as much as I want I can't. Will you tell me any ways to gain weight and exercise. Don't think that I want to gain weight because people tell me I'm thin, I want it because that's how I like myself more! I hope you give me advice and do you think this is very little weight for my age and height or is it normal? !! Thanks in advance!
