How To Finally Get Rid Of Those Pounds ?!

The Story

Hello, a 17-year-old girl writes to you, already totally desperate from trying to lose her extra pounds. I am 164 cm tall and weigh 68 kg, which is a lot for my body! I want to gain 50-55 kg by the beginning of summer, and now it's January. A few months ago I managed to reach 58-59 kg, but it was summer and it was easier to drive all day on fruits and vegetables, now I can not. Please tell me a tried and tested way (diet) or one that you know really works, and not just a diet where you are constantly hungry and can't stop thinking about eating.

Maybe some of you have been in my place and understand me and if they have managed to overcome this kg, write how! When I have nothing to do and I'm bored or I'm depressed, I cram in food and really swallow huge amounts of food, which is not good at all.

Give me a diet/regimen, with which for 4-5 months to be able to lose 15 kg. My big weakness is the sweets, chocolate, pasta (everything that fills). I know that maybe if I stop eating jam, pasta, bread, fried and carbonated (the last 2 I almost don't eat or drink, but still ...), I will lose weight, but it's not that easy in reality. And I want to lose that nasty 15 kg by the beginning of summer because I'm already dying to go to sea, I haven't gone for years because of my body ... Please help me :)
