How To Build Muscle?

The Story

Hello, I am a 17-year-old boy and I am graduating soon and summer is coming. I haven't trained since last summer and I've relaxed a lot. And I want to tighten as much as possible in 2 months, but without additives and chemicals, of course. I want to build muscle mass. I know that you will tell me to eat protein and sleep a lot ...: D But does anyone have their own "trick" a program with which to quickly upload a table I know that in 2 months I will not upload who knows how much but I want to be in shape if you understand me. A friend learned to recruit and do strength training in one summer, how can I progress so fast (I can force and recruit) Share if you can your programs and muscle secrets. :): I train mostly at home with barbells, dumbbells, levers, dumbbells ... but I can also go to the gym.
