How Do You Clear A Dialect From A Person's Speech?

The Story

I don't know if this is the right topic, but I decided to post my topic here. I caught a girlfriend a few months ago. She is 30+ years old and is from Vratsa. When he speaks directly, my nerves break. I don't know why, what kind of schools and what kind of people there are in Vratsa, but she (and her mother) don't seem to know about the existence of the letter "ya" at all. He almost never uses it. Have we talked about this with my girlfriend and she is of the opinion that it is not good to talk like that. We agreed to fix it and she said she wanted me to do it and that she wouldn't be angry with me. Of course, I correct her almost always when I hear her misspell a word, which happens in almost every sentence, but she still changes her speech, but continues as before. On the other hand, as I mentioned, her mother speaks in this way, and when she goes to Vratsa for the weekend, I have the feeling that her mother was ruining her again even if she had made some slight progress. Can anyone tell me if he knows a way to overcome this annoying problem? Can a speech therapist help or any other approach?
