I will be brief and try to be clear. I left my "husband" for another man who loves me. But I have a problem .... I took out a loan because of our "family", he kept asking me if I had repaid it, and I just said to get rid of it that it had already been repaid. The mistake is mine and now it comes to me, and he takes a clean salary and has no worries. I am asking for advice....?

My advice is the one there who left your husband to help you a little. Meaning, your husband (the ex already I guess) takes a net salary, but he is not obliged to pay you the loan, or rather to help you, given that you are already with another man. Unless you understand each other that way, then you can just talk to him and tell him you can't do it alone. You shouldn't have just lied to him, but now that I'm done, I don't know what else you could do. I hope I understood correctly that you took out the loan when you lived with your husband, and not that you took out a loan when you were with the man for whom you left your husband ... In both cases they are not you owe nothing, but still ...
