Both are ok. You think a lot. Just go and talk to him. If you find yourself pulled, it's probably plastered that there's more interest. It may be the first serious interest in him. Write / talk to him, but be patient so that he has time to get out of the shell. And don't think so. There is nothing wrong - if you like it, show it to him.
