Hello! I am writing here because there are probably others like me to share their experience. I have had chronic constipation since I was a child. My mother was wondering how to fix me, what she hadn't tried - hot water on an empty stomach, pears, soaked plums, pink jam with warm water. In the end, only an enema fixed me, because I reached 10 days without defecation! Over the years, I managed to turn left, but in general it was a miracle for more than 3 consecutive days to go in great need. I went through everything - probiotics, dufalak, candles, herbs, soaked plums, psyllium, active, hay ... I removed from the diet everything that was burning, white bread, dry food, sweets, meat, etc. I even changed the toilet plate with squat. I walked 2 km. on foot per day. I poured myself water. But there was no effect ... Only someone who has been through this knows what hell it is like to have a constant heavy stomach, to feel poisoned, to have gas from rotting waste in the gut for days ... We recently moved to live in a house that has a large mulberry tree in the yard. In the morning I have mulberry breakfast. And a miracle happened - for the first time in my life I go to the toilet every morning with ease. A whole month already! It has never been like that in my life, I was born straight, it was so easy and nice to always have an empty stomach that I don't want it to end !!! But the mulberries will soon be despised ... :-(

Hi, have you tried flaxseed? So far there is no person who has no result after a few days of eating in the morning on an empty stomach :)
