How Do I Get It Back?

Hello! I want to share my story with you and get advice. It all started in a disco where I was with friends, there I met a boy who I actually knew in appearance from a friend of mine who used to like him. Tonight was unforgettable, I became close with this boy and we became boyfriends. he had said that he also started to fall in love with me and we were both happy so that one day my girlfriend who liked him before and another girl told me that he was dating a girl I didn't believe them, but in the evening when we went out he was very silent and did not know what was happening. He was behaving strangely and he made me very angry and I already started thinking about what they told me and I asked him and then we quarreled and after two days we broke up. I was very sick because I was very attached to him, but I still thought it was for good if he fishes with other girls until I realized that this is a lie and my "friends" lied to me. I tried to understand what was wrong with him and it turned out that he was sick as well as I understood that he was sincere when he said that he fell in love with me. I understood that he wanted us to be together again but he was afraid not to do this again mistake I felt very guilty and decided that I should tell him everything to apologize to him for the mistake I made and that I still have feelings for him. Then we went for coffee we talked but nothing his friends tell me he likes me but I don't know what else to do.
